“I feel cherished and championed. The Behavior Doc supports and uplifts its people.”
BCBA
“The Behavior Doc is by far the most ethically driven and supportive ABA agency I have ever had the pleasure of working for. Leadership operates on an open-door policy and are quick to respond to requests for help and support. As an analyst working with clients in the home setting, it's often difficult to feel like you are a part of a working community of professionals - this is not the case at The Behavior Doc. Our team is always willing to collaborate and share ideas, create materials, and ultimately show up for one another in times of need.”
RBT
“Everyone is beyond kind and openly communicate. The work is rewarding. The clients truly benefit and make tons of progress.”
BCBA
“This company provides clear communication and expectations. Dr. D values our time as people and as employees, we never have meaningless meetings that could be emails and we are not expected to be on call when we are off. TBD instills professionalism for all levels of employee. TBD is the first company I have worked with that places such a high value in their providers, all provider concerns are taken seriously. Dr. D is a hands-on executive director, she is readily available to provide support, come up with ideas or trouble shoot large and/or small problems. TBD offers flexibility and self-management; I create a schedule that works for my clients and my own life. Generous stipends are provided regularly so that I can buy stimuli for my clients or materials for myself. TBD requires caregivers to be present and active in session, I no longer feel like a glorified babysitter, I am making real change with families.”
