A great team shapes a healthy environment.
The Behavior Doc is privately owned and run by licensed doctorate level behavior analyst (BCBA-D) with clinical expertise in applied behavior analysis and behavior therapy. We use individualized reinforcement strategies to increase prosocial behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors that negatively affect our clients’ independence and integration into the community, home and school settings. Positive outcomes for our clients and families is our top priority.
Why Choose Us?
Your Child Deserves More Than a Corporate Approach to Care
As someone who grew up in a small town, Dr Dillon understands firsthand the challenges families face when trying to access high-quality care for their children. Too often, rural communities are overlooked, leaving children with special needs without the resources they deserve. That’s why she chose to build our clinic in Culpeper, VA—because every child, regardless of where they live, should have the opportunity to reach their full potential.
Unlike private equity-backed providers that focus on profits and cost-cutting, we invest in what truly matters—your child’s success. Our clinic is home to the only custom-built sensory gym in the state, designed to engage and support each child’s unique needs. We maintain a staff-to-client ratio of 2:1, ensuring that every child receives individualized attention from highly trained professionals who are deeply committed to their progress.
At our company, quality outcomes are not just a goal; they are our mission. Your child’s future should never be compromised by corporate priorities or limited access to care. When you choose us, you’re choosing a team that values your child as much as you do.
Let’s build a brighter future together.

APPLIED BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS
What is ABA?
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is the science of human behavior. It involves systematic implementation of interventions to improve socially significant behaviors. Through observation and data collection and analysis, behavior analysts are able to identify environmental factors that are responsible for changes in behavior and test the effects of interventions. This data-driven science aims to replace maladaptive behaviors by increasing positive, prosocial behaviors – leading to increased independence and social inclusion.
Who Can Benefit?
Anyone! Applied Behavior Analysis is the only evidence-based treatment for individuals with Autism, but the effects of ABA therapy are not limited to a specific medical diagnosis or behavior concern. As mentioned above, ABA is the science of human behavior – this includes all humans. The Behavior Doc aims to improve socially significant behaviors of children and young adults who are experiencing behavior concerns or skill delays.
